Volunteer Medical Service Corps of Lansdale

The Volunteer Medical Service Corps of Lansdale (VMSC) is a Medium size 911 response Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance organization.  We handle approximately 7000 medical/trauma calls a year covering the North Penn Area. Municipalities included in this area are:  Hatfield Township, Hatfield Borough, Lansdale Borough, North Wales Borough, Montgomery Township, Towamencin Township, Upper Gwynedd Township and parts of Worcester Township.

Along with providing the area’s emergency response, we work with our K9-Search and Rescue team, we provide Community Outreach Programs where we work with the local police and fire services educating children and adults on different aspects of the Emergency Services.  We provide EMS standby services for various size community events including carnivals, 5k races, Lansdale Car Show, Lansdale Bike Night, and several other community and school sponsored events.
